Ski club lessons are available for ages 8 plus. Board club lessons for ages 10 plus

Our ski club runs every Friday night from 7pm - 10pm

Open Practice

Open Practice is recreational use of the slope, without tuition. This gives you the chance to brush up on techniques, get ready for your next level lesson, prepare for your skiing holiday or simply maintain your fitness all year round.

To attend open practice you must be:

   •Level 4 or higher for skiing
•Level C or higher for snowboarding

Open Practice is available 10am to 10pm with the last session at 8.30pm

Private lessons are available at any time subject to instructor availability. Please give plenty of notice to avoid disappointment.

Private lessons for skiing are available for anyone over 8 years and last for 1 hour.

Private lessons for snowboarding are available for anyone over 10 years and last for 1 hour.

Tots private lessons are only available at a one participant to one instructor ratio

Cancellation Policy
Please note that we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy whereby if you cancel your lesson with 48 hours of the lesson taking place then we can offer no refund. If prior to this period then we can offer a full refund less 20% administration fee.

Ski & Coffee Morning

Relaxed, recreational, weekday morning skiing for those at Ski Skill Level 4 or over.

Enjoy informal coaching with a mixed age group from one of our top JNL instructors to help you improve your technique.

After the session enjoy a free hot/soft drink in the alpine lodge.

instructor training

Train to become a ski or snowboard instructor for JNL. Join a great team of ski and snowboard instructors and enjoy great benefits whilst teaching the sport you love.

The instructor-training course is a 13-week rolling program aimed at developing coaching and technical abilities. Trainees are also required to shadow lessons before undergoing instructor accreditations.

Every Thursday 4.30 - 5.30 supervised skiing followed by an after ski kids meal

Snowboard

Alpine board club

Whether a beginner or advanced, enjoy social and financial benefits by joining the snowboard club

Alpine Board Club is open to anyone aged 10+ and runs on a Monday night from 7pm - 10pm.

To join Alpine Board Club you just have to fill in an application form available on site and bring a small photo of yourself. Prices to join are:

Joining the snowboard club entitles you to board for up to 3 hours every Monday evening. This is suitable for boarders at level C+

Snowboarding

Learn or develop your boarding skills with the help of our professional and friendly instructors ready to take you from a complete beginner to a competent boarder.

Snowboard lessons are available to anyone aged 10+

On your first lesson you will receive a skill level card that is used to monitor your progress as a boarder.

Snowboarding competence is based on skills deemed in levels A-F

Our fully qualified John Nike Leisuresport Instructors are on hand to supervise during sessions.

Sno-Tubes

Sno-tubes are a fantastic, fun and safe activity and are one of the most popular features here at Llandudno Ski ans Snowboard Centre.

Sno-tubes are large inflatable rings that can be ridden individually or linked together with other riders as you slide down the hill.

We can organise sessions for large or small groups, birthday parties or private functions.

Sno-tubes are available everyday. Pre-booking is essential and all sessions are fully supervised.

NOTE: Sensible shoes must be worn whilst sno-tubing (no heels or open-toed shoes).

The minimum age for sno-tubes is 4 years.

4 - 7 year olds must be accompanied by supervising adults.

We provide a children's party table in a sectioned area of the alpine lodge. Children's meal includes chicken nuggets, fishfingers, sausage or burger with chips, beans or peas plus an ice cream sundae and cordial drink.

Toboggan Run

Ride the longest Cresta Toboggan run in Wales. At an amazing 750m long, you don't want to miss this exhilarating experience.

The toboggan cart pulls you by cable up 250m before you control your descent down.

The cresta run is an ideal actvity for birthday parties, corporate and group bookings or just an afternoon out with the family.

The Cresta run does have rider age restrictions:

• Children under the age of 4 cannot ride
• Children 8 years and over must ride on their own
• Children between the ages of 4 and 7 must ride with an adult aged 16 years or over (the child rides free with the fee paying adult)
