Disability Access Statement

Llandudno Ski and Snowboard Centre aims to attract a wide range of visitors and welcomes all disabled people in society, irrespective of age, physical, intellectual or sensory ability. The Centre is continually working towards raising standards in visitor facilities and customer care.

Llandudno Ski and Snowboard Centre is able to offer all people ski and snowboard lessons and rides on the Cresta run as well as access to toilet facilities and the Alpine Lodge.

Our Centre not only wants to comply with the DDA but also go further in providing a quality experience for all visitors. It will endeavour to ensure that disabled people are not treated any less favorably and that ‘reasonable adjustments’ are made where appropriate through sensitive and creative solutions. All staff will be happy to accommodate specific needs.

Improving access within the Centre is under constant review as well as striving to demonstrate best practice in the management of the Centre, in the services it provides and towards the people it employs.
